- Take Route 28 West, bearing left at Route 107 (Poolesville), and proceed to White's Ferry.
- Take the Ferry across the Potomac River and turn left on Route 15 South.
- North Spring Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. is approximately 1/2 mile on the right.
From Interstate 81:
- Take Exit 315 (Route 7 East) toward Berryville/Leesburg.
- Continue on Route 7 East for approximately 35 miles.
- Route 7 merges with Route 15 North.
- Continue on Route 15 North/James Monroe Highway for approximately 2 miles.
- Turn left onto Victory Lane.
