Micaela is the Admissions Coordinator for North Spring. She has experience with adolescents with special needs and mental health diagnoses. She began working with North Spring in November 2006 and initially worked in direct-care with the residents prior to becoming the Admissions Coordinator. She is now the Assistant Director of Admissions and Case Management. Micaela graduated from Liberty University with her Bachelor's in psychology. Micaela enjoys working with the children and with all departments in her new role.

Susie Kim

Susie Kim is the case manager for the male residents. She has collected and utilized data for many years of research in the field of psychology. Her research involved the treatment of phobias in children and adults under the supervision of a distinguished psychologist and she also conducted research on the effects of abuse on at-risk youth. Prior to coming into the position of case management, Susie provided direct care and supervision to the children and adolescents here at North Spring. Susie is a Virginia Tech Alumna with a Bachelor's degree in psychology and a double minor in business leadership and mathematics.

Owen Allie

Owen Allie has three years experience as a counselor and case manager for adolescents and children. Owen earned his Master's in Science in psychology from the University of Phoenix and his Bachelor's of Arts in marketing from Castleta State College. Owen is currently finishing his Master's of Arts in clinical counseling at Arogsy University in Arlington, Virginia.

Kate Jagoe

Kate received her Bachelor's of Science in psychology with a minor in business administration from Eastern Kentucky University. During college, she worked in a less-secure facility and an adult state hospital with long-term patients. Kate has been a volunteer EMT for nearly 11 years and enjoys working with residents in all capacities, especially through her involvement with the recreation committee.
